  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce and vinegar for atleast 30mins.
  2. Brown minced garlic in a pan, until toasted. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan pour chicken with marinade.
  4. Add water, pepper, bulb of garlic and laurel leaf. Bring to a boil
  5. Add sarsa ni mang tomas and hard boiled eggs.
  6. Add sarsa ni mang tomas and hard boiled eggs.
