- Get Dosa batter
- Take Salt
- Prepare Pizza sauce

- Take dosa batter in a bowl and adjust it's consistency. Add salt, mix and keep aside.

- When ready, add a ladleful of batter to.the griddle. And expand it by rotating in circular motion
- Add ghee or butter on the dosa
- Now, when the sides start turning golden, spread pizza sauce over it.
- Now add toppings of your choice. I took onions and bell peppers.
- Cook it for a while till the bottom of the dosa is firm and crisp.
- Add grated cheese,Chilli flakes and oregano. Serve
