- Take 1 tbls fried kaju into tiny pieces
- Get 1 tbsp raisins

Instructions to make Aloo Nazakat:
- Peel wash the potatoes.keep in water. scoop out the insides of the potatoes leaving a shell all around.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry potatoes till golden.fry scooped potatoes also. Drain extra oil by napkin.
- For the stuffing, put the cottage cheese into a bowl. Add salt, the chaat masala, remaining fresh coriander, green chilies kaju, rasinis and chopped & roasted potato slices. Mix well.. Set aside.
- Mix the ingredients meant for the marinade with the whisked yogurt and set aside.
- Chopped & roasted potato slices. Mix well.Stuff the potato with the cottage cheese mixture
- Stuff the potato with the cottage cheese mixture. Apply marinade around litigation cover all sides.
