  1. Take a bowl. Mix Suji and rice flour. Add curd and salt. Mix nicely and keep aside for 20 mins.
  2. Meanwhile chop all the veggies. Now mix them in Sooji batter. Add water if required.
  3. Take a tadka pan. Add 1 Tsp ghee. Heat. Add rai. Let it splutter. Add til and curry Pata. (This step is optional)
  4. Mix tadka. Add Eno. Mix lightly.
  5. Grease the Appe Pan with ghee and make Appe.
