- Get 5 dried red chillies
- Take 2 tsp cumin seeds
- Prepare 4-5 garlic cloves
- Take 2 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 7-8 Curry leaves
- Get to taste Salt
- Make ready 1/2 cup curd
- Make ready 1 cup finely chopped fresh coconut
- Prepare as needed Water
- Get 2 tsp Oil
- Prepare 1 tsp mustard cumin seeds
- Get 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- Make ready 4-5 curry leaves
- Get as needed Sambhar to serve
Steps to make Fancy Dosa:
- Take out Dosa batter in a bowl.add salt to taste and water as required to make a proper consistency of Dosa batter
- For chutney dry roast cumin seeds, split gram and dry red chilli. Now add water into it and keep covered for 30 mins. Add this mixture into a mixer jar. Add in garlic cloves, coconut, curd, red chillies and salt. Add water as required. Grind a smooth paste. Make tempering. Heat oil. Add mustard cumin seeds and then asafoetida. Pour over prepared chutney.
- Get every vegetables finely chopped and ready before making dosas.
- Spread a thick Dosa on a cast iron tawa. Apply some butter over it. Put 1 tsp each vegetables. Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp schezwan chutney and 1/2 tsp tomato sauce. Add salt to taste. Mix well with pavbhaji masher. Spread on entire Dosa. Apply some shredded cheese. Cut with spatula. Roll to make fancy Dosa.
- Serve these hot fancy Dosa with lots of cheese over it with some coriander, chutney and sambhar.
