- Heat oil and 1 tbsp ghee in a kadai.

- One part keep white.
- The 3rd part will go in the kadai.
- Mix well. Check seasoning.
- Now in a separate pan heat some oil.
- Add turmeric powder a pinch, salt, red chilli powder.
- Add ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp.
- Now add the eggs in it.
- Saute until brown.
- Just before serving add all the rice give it a good mix.
- Be sure to keep some rice white.
- Place the egg in rice, sprinkle some brown onion, ghee and serve hot with salad and raita.
