Instructions to make Dal makhni:
  1. Take Elaichi, cloves, dal-chini and black pepper tie in a piece of cloth.
  2. Wash rajma and dal and boil them for 1/2 hour by adding the spices of step 1 and 1/2 spoon salt.
  3. Now grind ginger, garlic, tomato and onion.
  4. Now add butter, grinded mixture and dry coriander in boiled things.
  5. Now fry them in pan. When butter get separated, off the stove and serve dal.
