- Make ready 100 gm black gram dal(soaked)
- Get 1/2 bowl rajma

- Prepare 1 cup finely chopped onion
- Get 1 cup tomato puree
- Take 1/2 cup milk

Instructions to make Dal Makhni:
- Heat a pan add ghee saute onion tomato and ginger garlic paste.
- Add all spices mix well, add half cup water avoiding burning.
- Add the soaked Dal now mix well. Add 2 glasses water.Pressure cook 20 minutes.
- Take out all dal in a big bowl add milk. And malai.
- Add some butter mix well.
- Serve it.
