- Get 1 packet instant noodles/maggi
- Prepare 1 sachet maggi tastemaker
- Make ready 1 small onion finely chopped
- Get 1 small capsicum finely chopped
- Take 1 carrot finely chopped
- Prepare 2 tbsp sweet corn
- Prepare 1 tsp oregano
- Take 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Get to taste Salt
- Get 2 tsp butter or oil
- Take 2 bread slices
- Prepare 1/2 cup grated cottage cheese
- Prepare 1/4 tsp oregano for garnishing
- Take 1/4 tsp chilli flakes for garnishing
- Make ready Ketchup as required
- Get 300 ml water
Steps to make Maggi Toast:
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
- Add onion, capsicum, carrot and corn. Saute for one minute.
- Add in the water and let it boil.
- When water starts boiling, add in the noodle cake. Mix well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Lastly add salt, maggi tastemaker, oregano and chilli flakes. Mix well. Switchoff the flame and keep the cooked maggi aside.
- Now take a bread slice on a plate.
- Apply a thick layer of cooked maggi over it.
- Add some grated cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
- Place this on baking tray and bake it for 3-5 minutes on 160° c.
- Bring the toast out of the oven. Serve hot with ketchup.
