  1. Wash dal and rice. Pressure cook dal, potatoes chopped,beans and rice all combined with water for 1 whistle.
  2. In a pan with ghee add cumin seeds and hing. After crackling add chopped onion, ginger, garlic,green chilli, tomato and add all the masalas, salt and cloves. Mix well and water as per required. Add the pressure cooked khichdi in this.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and ghee.serve with aloo ka bharta
