- Take 2 tsp Mayo (homemade)
- Make ready 2 tsp ketchup
- Prepare 2 tsp Green Coriander Chutney (homemade)
- Get For Salad-
- Get 1/4 cup grated cabbage
- Get 1/4 cup sliced Capsicum
- Prepare 1/4 cup grated carrots
- Take 1/4 cup grated beetroot
- Get For Wraps-
- Prepare 2 tsp kand masala
- Take 4-5 tsp ghee
Instructions to make Farari Wraps:
- For Tikkis: take a mixing bowl add boil smashed potatoes, Crushed Chilli ginger, fasting salt, dry mango powder, chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix it all well. Make long flat tikkis. Make all tikkis ready.
- Roll it in fasting mix flour. Put tava on medium flame. Placed all the tikkis on hot pan roast it from both the sides.
- Tikkis are ready. Keep aside
- For Rotis/Wraps outer layer: take a kneading bowl add Fasting mix flour, salt, oil and water. Knead it in a soft dough.
- Put oil and knead it.Cover it for 1/2 and hour. After half and hour knead it again. Make equal parts and make balls.
- Take a rolling pin. Place the dough roll it. Spread oil, sprinkle dry flour. Close it like Laccha Paratha.
- Take dry flour place the ball roll it. Put rolled roti on tava on medium flame.
- Roast roti on direct flame. Put it on roti towel and apply ghee on the roti. Keep aside covered.
- For Salad: Grated cabbage, grated carrots, grated beetroot, sliced Capsicum.
- For Spread: Take a bowl add mayo, ketchup, green coriander chutney. Mix it all well and it's done.
- Make every thing ready. Tikkis, Rotis, Salad And Spread. Now start assembling.
- Take a grilling pan. Toast the roti on it. Now take hot roti on flat surface apply spread. Place the tikki on one side.
- Now placed salad one by one on tikkis. Sprinkle kand masala.
- Close the wrap. Apply ghee on grilling pan place the wrap and roast it from both the sides.
- Cut it from the middle and serve hot. Enjoy the fasting
