- Dono dal or rajma ko overnight soak karein.mrg mein isme salt or haldi dal kar 3_ 4 whistle ane tak boil karein. 15 mein sim gas par pakayein.
- Karahi mein desi ghee garam hone par hing zeera dal kar bhune.
- Tomato ginger paste or green chilli mein sabhi masale dal kar tb tak bhune ki masala ghee chodne lage
- Butter malai mix karein.2min bhune.
- Dal ko mash karein or gravy mein mix karein. 5 min sim gas par pakayein.
