  1. Take 1 cup sooji
  2. Make ready 1/3 cup wheat atta( flour)
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup curd
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp baking soda

  6. Take 2 boiled potatoes
  7. Make ready 1 tsp black rai(mustard seeds)
  8. Prepare 1 tsp salt

Instructions to make Sooji Dosa:
  1. Peel & cut the potatoes in small pieces. Heat oil & add black rai,when aroma smells,add potatoes,salt,red chilli powder & curry leaves.mix them well.
  2. Make a smooth batter of curd,sooji atta &baking soda.
  3. Heat 1 tsp of oil on the tawa & put 1 tbsp of batter on it give it a round shape.cook from both sides.
  4. Fill 1 tbsp of potatoes in the centre & roll it.
  5. Serve with coconut chutney.
