- Make ready 2 tsp Semolina
- Get 1 cup Besan(gram flour)
- Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

- Take 1 tsp coriander powder
- Make ready 1/2 tsp carom (ajwain)
- Make ready 1 tsp sugar
- Take 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- Take 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- Take 1/2 tsp sesame seeds(til)
- Take 1-2 green chilli (finely chopped)
- Get 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Prepare 3/4 cup Water
- Take 1-2 tsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- Prepare as needed oil to cook
- Take 1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)
Instructions to make Besan pudla | Besan ka Puda | Besan Chilla | Gram flour Dosa:
- Firstly mix besan, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, sugar, fennel seeds, lemon juice, semolina, til, onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and coriander leaves in a mixing bowl and add water to make a batter.
- Don’t make the batter too thick or too thin. Make sure the consistency is maintained and there are no lumps in a batter. Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, heat frying pan and spread a little oil on it.
- Next Pour 3 tbsp batter and spread it out with a wooden spatula, so it thinly cover the pan.
- Now spread oil to the edge and Cook for about a minutes or till they turns light brown, then flip it.
- Also cook second part for about a minutes or till it turns light brown.
- Meanwhile cook rest of the pudla same way.
- Serve with curd or chutney.
- Notes : You can add grated carrot and methi in a mixture.
