- Prepare 1/4 cup sugar

- Get 1 tbsp raisins
- Prepare 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- Make ready 3-4 tbsp curdled milk
Steps to make Chenna Poda:
- First, in a thick bottomed pan, boil 1.5 liters of milk, stir occasionally and get to a boil, add vinegar and stir and mix well until water separates from it,filter and strain the chenna separately.
- Take the crumbled chenna into a large mixing bowl, crumble and mash the chenna well to make it soft.
- Add semolina, curdled milk, and sugar mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Add cashew nuts, raisins, ghee, cardamom powder mix it properly.
- In a baking a pot, add 1 tbsp of ghee and spread all over, transfer the chenna poda batter into the pot and tap twice, cover and cook on medium flame for 30 minutes, bake it again for 20-25 minutes for low flame.
- Chenna poda is ready to serve, it can be served with masala chai and whole moong dal vada as an evening snack.
