- For sauce…. heat oil in kadai.. add adruk lahsoon and vegies and saute for a while
- Nw add all sauces and sugar and corn flour and stir well till vegies cooked little

- Add sesame seeds and vinegar and flame turn off
- After 2 min add all pakodas and mix well
- Sprinkle spring onion and dania and sesame seeds and enjoy hot
- TIPS for more crunch… 1…in pakoda better add 2 tsp oil
- 2…fry it twicely and at medium heat
- 3…most important tip is make sauce and cool down it for 2-3 min thn add pakodas… then u see different level of this dish
