- In a mixure jar add all chutney ingredient and make paste and keep aside
- In a pan add ghee, add cumin, asafoetida and carrots and cabbage cook for 2 min. Then add cashew
- Then add chopped spring onions leaves, Green chilli paste
- Then add Corriender chutney and turmeric powder, and salt and cook for 2 min.
- Then add cooked rice and mix well, off the flame and add chopped coriander mix well. Serve in serving plate.
