  1. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
  2. Get 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  3. Take 2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  4. Take 2 tbsp Dry Red chilli paste (soaked 15 minutes)
  5. Get 3 medium size onion (chopped)
  6. Prepare 10-12 cashew nuts paste (kaju)
  7. Prepare 2 cup fresh tomato puree
  8. Make ready 3 tbsp Curd
  9. Make ready 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  11. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon haldi (turmeric)powder
  12. Get to taste Salt
  13. Take 500 ml hot water
  14. Prepare 1/2 cup carrot
  15. Take 1/2 cup peas (mattar)
  16. Make ready 1/2 cup capsicum
  17. Take 1/2 cup boiled Cauliflower
  18. Prepare 1 cup paneer
  19. Make ready 1 teaspoon kaskasturiuri methi
  20. Take 1 teaspoon garam masala
  21. Get 1 charcoal
  22. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon cardomom powder
  23. Prepare 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  24. Get 1 teaspoon ghee

Instructions to make Veg Angara:
  1. Take a kadai add oil and cumin seeds, Chopped onion cook until golden brown.
  2. Now add to Ginger garlic paste, Red chilli paste cook until oil saprated.
  3. Now add tomato puree,salt kaju paste,cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. Now add red chilli powder, Haldi powder, Coriander powder, Cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  5. Add hot water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Lower the flame before adding Curd. And cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the vegetables (pea, capsicum,boil Cauliflower, paneer) mix it well and cook for 4 minutes.
  8. Add gram masala, Kasuri methi.mix it well.Cook for 2 minutes. Add Coriander leaves
  9. Now turn off flame.
  10. Transfer the bowl And small katori put in middle of Sabji and put it Leave charcoal and add Cardomom powder,Ghee
  11. Cover and smoke for 4 to 5 minutes.
  12. Serve with Roti.
