  5. Prepare 2 tbsp corn flour
  6. Get 1 tbsp schewan chutney

  11. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp schewan chutney
  13. Take 2 tbsp soya sauce
  14. Take 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp corn flour
  16. Make ready as required Wate for consistency
  17. Get For Garnishing:-
  18. Get as required coriander leaves
Steps to make Veg Manchurian:
  1. For balls:- Grate all the veggies mix all the above ingredients divide the dough in equal balls. Refrigerate them for 10 mins. Then fry them in hot oil till golden brown.
  2. For gravy:- Heat 1tbsp oil add onion saute it for 2min till it turns pink add ginger garlic paste, add mix veggies saute 5min or till the veggies get soft. Add all the sauce, mix them together add water and let it get boil for 5min then in a separate ball add cornflour and water make a paste. Then pour this paste into gravy cook it for 5min or till it gets thick. Then turn off the flame.
  3. In a serving bowl add balls, pour gravy garnish it with corriender leaves. Serve hot. Enjoy it with fried rice or noodles.
