  10. Prepare 9 cubes paneer / cottage cheese
  11. Make ready As required oil for deep frying

  14. Take 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  15. Make ready 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  16. Get 2 green chilli, slit
  17. Take 1/2 capsicum, green & red, cubed
  18. Prepare 2 tbsp vinegar
  19. Take 2 tbsp soy sauce
  20. Take 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  21. Prepare 1/4 tsp pepper, crushed
  22. Make ready 1/4 tsp salt
  23. Prepare 1 tbsp corn flour
  24. Take 1 cup water
Instructions to make Salty Chilli paneer:
  1. Firstly, prepare corn flour batter adding spices.
  2. Further dip cubes of paneer / cottage cheese and deep fry in hot oil.
  3. Fry the paneer till they turn golden and crisp.
  4. Drain off the fried paneer onto a kitchen paper and keep aside.
  5. Prepare the the gravy by heating 4 tsp oil and saute 2 cloves garlic. - also add 2 tbsp spring onion, 2 tbsp onion and 2 green chilli. saute well. - furthermore add ½ capsicum (green & red) and saute slightly.
  6. Additionally, add 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, ¼ tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt.
  7. Saute on high flame till the sauce thickens.
  8. Pour the corn flour water and stir continuously.
  9. Add in fried paneer.
  10. Finally, serve chilli paneer.
