Kadi Pakoda Recipe is a spicy sour yogurt and gram flour (besan) based curry with deep fried fritters simmered in the curry. It goes really well along with plain rice and raw onion and papad.   1. First in a bowl take besan and dahi. blend it in smooth
  2. In a kadai or cooker heat 2 tsp oil add jeera, sauf, methi dana, adruk, chilles, hing. All saute a while
  3. Add chilli powder, haldi and besan mixture
  4. Add water and stir continuously till thicken
  5. For pakoda… mix all ingredients and pour small small portion of pakoda batter in hot oil and deep fry all pakodas
  6. In kadi add salt, garam masala, coriander leaves and cook for 20 minutes
  7. After that add all pakoda in kadi and garnish with coriander leaves
