  17. Prepare ∆ For Laddu's ~
  18. Take 1 cup chanadaal
  19. Make ready 1 cup urad daal (daal mash)
  20. Make ready 1/2 tbs salt
  21. Make ready 1/2 tbls red crushed chilli
  22. Make ready 2 tsp baking powder
  23. Take 1 tsp zeera (roasted)
  24. Take Oil for Fry
  25. Get Grated Radish (mooli) as required
Instructions to make Special Laddu Peethi:
  1. Khubani ko achi terhan wash Kar ke over night soak kar dien. Then next day ussi Pani mien pakny ke liye rakh dein. Jab soft ho jayein to grind kar lien. Or dobara pakny ke liye rakh dien.
  2. Khubani ke puree mien sugar, salt or red crushed chilli daalien.
  3. Jab thick ho Jaye to last mien vinegar daal ke stove se utaar kar thandaa kar lien.
  4. Dried plum ko 2 se 3 hours ke liye soak kar dien. Seeds nikal ke ussi paani mien pakayein sath hi imlii pulp add kar dein.
  5. Red chilli, salt or sugar daal dien, ghull Jaye to blend kar ke thick hony tkk pakayein.
  6. Dono daalien over night soak kar ke rakh dien.(km az km 8 hours zaror bhigoyien).
  7. Dono lentils ko blend kar lien, (if needed water use kerien, lakin zeyada patla na kerien). Jab achi terhan blend ho Jaye to salt, zeera, baking powder or crushed chilli daal kar mix kar lien.
  8. Oil heat up kerien or round laddus fry kar lien dono trf se golden brown ho Jaye nikal lien.
  9. Special Laddu Peethi ready hai, dono chatniyo or grated Radish ke sath serve kerien or enjoy kerien. Happy Cooking. 😊
