- To make spinach puri, take wheat flour in a bowl. Add spinach puree, salt, oil and make dough. Now make Puri and deep fry.

- To make masala rotla, take sorghum flour in a bowl. Prepare the dough by adding green garlic and green chilli and ginger paste and salt. Now make rotla and bake both sides on tawa.

- To make the matha, mix all the ingredients for the matha and add water as needed and churn it with blender.

- To make the green potato tikki, mix all the ingredients in the tikki and add breadcrumbs as per the requirement. Now rub the tiki in the semolina. Now shallow fry the tikki brown on both sides.

- To make green rice, take oil in a pan. Add Cumin Then add the green chutney and mix. Now add salt and cooked rice as needed. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.

- To assemble, take a plate. Put lilva and cabbage capsicum subji, puri,rotla, green rice, green tikki. Take the matha into glass. Serve with salads, chutney, chilli and papad.
