Steps to make Paneer Pakoda:
- Slice paneer into cubes or square
- Add besan, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder in a mixing bowl.
- Pour enough water to make a thick consistency batter.
- Dip each paneer pieces in the batter and coat them well.
- Now heat oil in a kadai on a medium flame.
- When the oil becomes hot, gently add the batter coated paneer cubes into the oil.
- When one side turns light golden, gently flip it and continue to fry paneer pakodas till golden & crispy.
- Remove & drain pakoda on paper towel.
- Serve hot paneer pakoda with ketchup or green chutney. Sprinkle some chaat masala over it.
