- Fry onions till brown and add salt, masala powder, garlic ginger paste, red chilli powder and mix well. Add all the veggies and cook for five minutes stirring.
- Add the mashed potatoes, corn flour and bread cumps and fold them together.
- While stirring with ladle mix well without any lumps. - Transfer the stuff on a plate and allow to cool.
- Make oval shape elongated balls and insert each in to a bread stick. Heat oil and fry them gently one by one to golden brown and serve with any sauce.
