- Get 1 packet maggi
- Take 1 packet maggi masala

- Make ready 1 cup mixed chopped veggies(carrot, capsicum, cabbage,etc)
- Get 2 tbsp gram flour(besan)

- In a pan add water for heating as water starts boiling add Maggi packet cook it up to 80%. Then drain it and let it get cool.
- In a bowl add all the above ingredients and mix them then add 4-5 tbsp cooked Maggi mix them gently. In a separate plate add leftover Maggi and a tsp of Maggi masala mix it.
- Meanwhile keep oil for frying. Now make small balls out of the above mixture coat it with leftover Maggi and fry them till golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
