  3. Gather also cracklings on hand
  4. Then add ghee in a wok then add the Garam masala as shown leaving red chili’s & add few chopped almonds sauté for 3-4 minutes then add the onions paste fry till the raw smell is disappeared
  5. Now add the almonds paste & whisked curd sauté till the oil separates then add sugar
  6. Now add the marinated chicken then mix well & cover the lid & cook for 30 minutes till the chicken is very tender & all gravy is cooked well
  7. Once this is done in other pan add ghee & red chillis sauté for 1 minute then pop it in the cooked chicken then garnish it with chopped almonds let the gravy be thick & the delicious chicken rezala is ready to serve hot with tandoori naan or any paratha.Do try & share your cooksnaps guys..!
