Instructions to make Dal Makhani with Jeera Rice:
  1. Take a bowl add dal and rajma wash well, drain it, take a pressure cooker add them add salt, little bit ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp ghee. Cover with lid, cook in the high flame after 1 Whistle,cook dal in the low flame, after 10 whistles & 30 min. Check your dal open lid, dal cook softly. Take aside.
  2. Take a pan, heat oil add ginger garlic paste, saute it, turn brown add jeers, onions mix well, after 3 min onion look light golden brown add tomato pure add coriander powder, dal makhani masala, garam masala and Malai, and other ingredients. Your tadka turn thick, all tadka add in the Dal,mix well. After cook your dal without lid in high flame,add some coriander leaves and malaise, Ready your day.
  3. Soaked your rice, Take a pan add 2 cup water,when the water boiling add jeera, Salt and rice, cover it with lid. After 10 min your rice cook well.garnish with coriander leaves. Serve your dal makhani with jeera rice
