- Heat a pan add mustard oil shallow fry the paneer and keep aside.
- In a same pan shallow fry the capsicum and keep aside.
- Add butter in a same pan heat on a medium flame Add whole garam masala and kasuri methi and fry for 2 min.
- Add chopped onion and garlic fry till it become soft and golden brown in colour. Add chopped tomato and fry.
- Add turmeric cumin and chilli powder fry till the oil comes out.
- Add paneer and capsicum. Add kaju paste. Cover the pan with add some water.
- Open the cover and add salt and sugar.
- Bahari paneer is teady to be served and garnish with coriander leaves, sliced capsicum and kaju paste
