- Wash and Soak moong Daal for 4 hours in water.
- After 4 hours Drain extra water and Grind moong Daal in a grinder.
- Add salt and asafoetida and mix well. Rest for half an hour.
- In the meanwhile grate radish and chop it's leaves.
- Heat oil in a karahi and put Daal paste in oil with the help of spoon. Fry till golden brown.
- Flip the side and fry from other side also. Remove ladoo in a plate.
- Likewise make all the ladoos.
- Take a serving bowl put 6 ladoos and garnish with grated radish and leaves. Add 2 tablespoons of green and tamarind chutney. and Serve.
