- Get Aa needed Coriander chutney to serve

- Mix All 3flour in a paraat. Grate bottle gourd. Chopped spinach green chilli carrot and cabbage. And add in a flour. Add ginger garlic paste oil salt fennelseeds powder and curd mix well.
- Now take one bowl grease with oil.Pre heat steamer. Pour batter in a bowl. Sprinkle red chilli powder and sessme seeds. Close the lid and steam for 15min. On mid. Flame.
- After 15min. Check and Take out from steamer let it cool.and demould cut in a traiangle pieces.
- Now Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds splutter. Add asofoetida and arrange all pieces in a pan like pizza. saute both sides on slow flame. Tasty healthy Mix Vegetables Dhokla is ready to serve. Serve with coriander chutney.
