- Make ready 250 gram paneer cut into cubes
- Get 1 cup boiled green peas
- Take 2 onion paste
- Take 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- Make ready 1 cup tomato green chilli paste
- Make ready 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Make ready 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder

Instructions to make Matar Paneer:
- Marinate paneer cubes with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside.
- Heat a wok with some oil. Add onion paste and saute on low heat until the raw aroma disapear. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a while. Add tomato chilli paste and all masala powder and saute on low heat till oil seperates from it. Add paner cubes and cook for 2-3 min add kaju paste and cooj for another 2 min. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and allow it to boil.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and it is ready to be served.
