  1. Boil rice 90 precent and let it cool by spreading in a big plate.so that they don't break
  2. Cut paneer in small pieces.and keep aside
  3. Heat ghee in kadahi.add mustard seeds, cloves,cardamom,dalchini, kaju,kishmish.Stir on low flame.Now add onions add salt and saute them till tender.Now add paneer pieces and mix nicely.Add cool rice to the paneer add.little sugar and salt as per required. Mix generously everything.
  4. Your yummy paneer rice is ready to serve with any curry of your choice
