- Make a slurry of gramflour and cornflour or maida. Let the dough cool.Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls.Dip each ball in the slurry and double coat each ball to make it crunchy.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry each ball.
- Serve hot tasty crunchy cabbage balls with tomato sauce.Goes very well as a snack for evening tea or serve as a starter at parties.
