  2. Wash & rinse with clean water
  3. Soak the beans again for about 5 mins, remove the water & add Scot bonnet, onion & tatashe, blend it well
  4. Add maggi, salt, onga, curry & oil. Mix it well and put inside a leather & tie it well. Put your water on fire & add ur moi moi into it. Allow it to cook for some minutes
  5. For the sauce, put ur oil on fire & add sliced onion, grated Scot bonnet, maggi & curry. Beat ur eggs, pour it all over & stir fry for some minutes.
  6. Once the sauce is ready, u can serve with ur moimoi

Moin Moin/Moi moi is a Nigerian Beans pudding cake. I love this food because of it's versatility. It can go along with different meals.
