Instructions to make Milk Pakoda's:
  1. In a hot pan add milk and bring it to boil.
  2. In a bowl add corn flour, pepper,salt and give me mix.now add some milk and make a thin paste.
  3. Now add it into the hot milk and cook for medium to high flame.till mixture thick.
  4. Now add butter,and give a nice mix.when it remains 2/3 then it is ready.switch off the flame.
  5. Now take a plate and cover with plastic paper.pour the mixture in it.and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.after that cover with plastic.keep it in the refrigerator for two hours.
  6. After that cut the pieces.in a bowl take 2 tbsp of corn flour.add water and make a thin slurry.now take milk piece and dip it in the slurry and after that in bread crumbs.and deep fry the milk piece till golden brown.serve with tomato sauce.
  7. Our tasty and healthy milk pakoda's are ready to eat.
