- Make ready 2 cups cooked rice
- Get 1 carrot grated
- Prepare 5 french beans finely chopped
- Make ready 3 tsp corn
- Prepare 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Make ready 2 green chillies finely chopped
- Make ready 4 tsp finely chopped coriander
- Take 3 tsp rava
- Make ready as needed Oats for coating
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Prepare 1 tsp garam masala
- Make ready 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 tsp jeera(cumin) powder
- Take as needed Oil for frying
Instructions to make Rice Balls:
- In a bowl take 2 cups rice. Mash it with hands.
- Add rava, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, jeera powder, finely chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt, finely chopped chillies, finely chopped beans, grated carrot and corn. Mix everything well and keep it covered for 10 mins.
- Then take small portions of dough and make balls and coat with oats. Deep fry the balls till nice golden in colour. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and schezwan sauce.Garnish with coriander leaves.
