- Now add little oil on sides of dosa.. slow flame cover it with lid..
- Now flip the dosa cook on other side again flip it add potatoes masala in centre of dosa and roll from both sides… Now dosa is ready
- Cut into pieces and serve it with chutney and enjoy😊
