- Add the fried fish,add garlic,complete seasoning,maggi,onga and salt into it.
- Mix the stew with the pounded yam and stir well.
- Put on your frying pan with vegetable oil on fire
- Mix the bread crumbs with flour
- Dip the yam balls inside the egg then inside mixed bread crumbs and flour
- Then fry
