- Powder the roasted makhana in a mixer grinder.•
- Combine paneer, potatoes, powdered makhana, kuttu/rajgiri/singhara flour(any 1), salt to taste, cumin powder, black pepper powder, green chili, red chilli powder, coriander and mint leaves
- Mix well and bring the mixture together.
- Grease your palm and make small round balls of this mixture. In center fill chopped dry fruits(raisins+kaju)
- Heat oil to an optimum temperature and fry these balls till golden brown.
- Plating: - Top it with green chutney, Tamarin chutney, pickled cucumber, grated mooli and sweet curd(beaten to nice creamy consistency). Sprinkle some roasted Jeera powder, red chilli powder and aamchur to your taste.
