  2. Make ready 2-3 potatoes boiled

  1. Take 1 cup rava and add 1.5 cup water and mix well an keep aside for 15 min.
  2. Now add mashed potatoes all masala and mix well, now add whole wheat flour and make dough(do not use water) because potatoes and sooji both are moist so you can easily get medium dough by just mixing everything.Keep dough aside for 10 mins
  3. Take small roundel and roll it in round shape (roll it with help of oil greasing or even you can dust the flour)Make puri's now fry them on medium flame till it's golden brown. Serve with tea, pickle or sabji.
