  19. Take For slurry
  20. Take 2 tbsp corn flour
  21. Make ready 2 pinch Salt
  22. Make ready 2 pinch Pepper powder
  23. Take Water

  25. Get Homemade Rolls sheets (recipe is updated)
  26. Get Stuffing
  27. Make ready Slurry
  28. Take Oil for frying
Instructions to make Spring Rolls:
  1. Slice all Veggies ready. Take a pan on low flame add oil n finely chopped, ginger garlic green chillies. Saute it. Add schezwan Chutney.
  2. Now add one by one all veggies.
  3. Add salt, pepper powder n vinegar. Mix it well
  4. Now add all sauces
  5. Now add ketchup n mix it. Add chopped coriander. Mix all ingredients of slurry make thick slurry.
  6. Get very thing ready. I din't cut the sheets in square. I used as it is in circles. Stick slurry on all edges of circle. Place the stuffing. Close the 2 opposite sides with the help of slurry.noe roll it.
  7. Make all rolls. Heat up the oil on low flame. Now add rolled rolls in hot oil.
  8. Fry crispy n golden. Fry all spring rolls. Serve with schezwan Chutney. N enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy.
