Instructions to make Sooji  Uttapam:
  1. Dry roast the sooji for 3 minutes. Cool it. Transfer to a bowl.Combine the roasted semolina, grated ginger, 1/2 cup curd, 2 chopped green chilly, 1 tsp red chilly 2 tbsp rice flour for binding and salt.
  2. Mix…………….well. Cover and keep aside for ferment 1/2 hrs. Heat non stick pan. Pour spoon ful batter and spread evenly. Top it with littel onion, green chilly, chopped tomatoes and chopped coriander leaves. Fry till it become light brown in colour both the sides. Once it is done.
  3. Transfer to a serving plate. Immediately serve……..hot…….semolina uttapam with coconut……………chutney
