Sooji take less time to soak as compare to rice rava. In a mixing bowl, add besan, rice flour, green chili paste, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and salt. Once the lower side becomes brown put some oil around the dosa and slowly turn it on to the other side for a minute. Note: You can make your own improvisations by adding grated cucumber, grated.

  1. Take a bowl add besan, rice batrer, rava and mix well, add water as needed.keep it 30 minute fir rest.
  2. Now heat nonstice tava, apply oil, sprwad batrer with laddle and spread it round with a steel bowl.
  3. Make thin dosa, apply 2..3 spoon potato stuffing and spread it now fold it, make crispy and serve it with sambhar and chutney.

Besan sooji dosa is an excellent combination with lot of fresh vegetables on it which makes a healthy breakfast. Take sooji rava in a bowl and add besan, salt, soda, buttermilk and mix it properly to make dosa batter. For topping take green chilies, capsicum, carrot, cumin seeds, onions, beans, tomatoes. ' Bombay Chutney ' is basically ' Besan Chutney ' which is prepared as a combination for usually Dosa , Poori and Chapathy in South India. I personally like it with soft and fluffy Atukula dosa and chapathy. I wonder how it got the name 'Bombay Chutney' as I never came across something like that here in.
