Steps to make Homemade Sooji /Rava Noodles:
- Take the suji and grind it in the mixer till it forms a thin powder.
- Now take a bowl and add grinded suji and wheat flour to it and make a dough by using water.
- Onces the dough is ready Knead it for more 4-5 mins. Cover it and keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Boil water in a vessel add little salt and oil once water starts boiling make noodles with noodles maker machine. Cook for 4 to 5 min switch off the flame and drain the water and keep it a side.
- In a pan/kadai pour oil add garlic and chopped veggies saute for 2min on high flame now add salt, chilli powder,garam masala and noodles mix well.
- Your dish is ready to serve. You can garnish it with some cheese or spring onion.
