- Drop the paneer on hot water
- Cut the paneer on cube shape
- Oil,mustard seed,currypatta,redchilli,
- Heat a pan add all tadka masala
- Add 4tbsp curd and sauted continuously till the oil left
- Add kaju paste and stier this till the aroma is outgoing
- Add haldipowder,greenchilli,redchilli powder,and sugar.
- Add paneer and salt.mix it well add little water
- Garnishing ingradient.roasted jeera and corriender leaves.
- Finally add jeera powder,one tbsp ghee and corriender leaves.
- Serve the curd paneer.
