  1. In a bowl, whisk all ingredients mentioned under marination section.Add panner, capsicum, onions and bell pepper
  2. Marinate for 1 hour
  3. There are 2 ways to prepare on stove top. First - Grease a grill pan. Insert panner, veggies on skewers and grill them until done on all sides
  4. Second - Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add marinated paneer mixture. Simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Now roast paneer until golden brown and sauce has completely thickened
  5. Place a tortilla/roti on a plate. The tortilla should be warm else warm it before assembling it
  6. Spread green chutney or mint mayo all over evenly
  7. Place 1 lettuce leaf, 1tsp shredded cabbage, panner mixture at centre
  8. Tightly fold the mixture. cover with foil or butter paper. serve
