- Chicken marination…..mix all the ingredients for marination in a bowl mix well and keep aside for atleast half hour

- Bason quantity can b increase or decrease according to consistency to make a perfect pakora mix not more thick not more thin
- Put a pan of oil on stove heat it extremely hot now add chicken cubes one by one once chicken added in oil now slow down the flame to medium slow and let it cool for 8 to 10 min from one side and 8 to 10 min from other side
- When next round of chicken is added oil should again b too hot so that bason can stick to chicken and then cook like before from both sides
