- Take a bowl add all purpose flour add salt & oil make a dough with lukewarm water. Rest for 30 minutes cover with wet cloth.
- Take a kadhai add 1 Tbs oil, it becomes hot add Cumin seed after crackle add peanut and roast 1 mint. Then add sliced onion & ginger garlic crushed saute it add green chilli add capsicum slices saute, then add meshed potatoes.
- Add turmeric powder,coriander powder jeera powder, chaat masala and salt mix it roasted 2,3 minutes. Add bread crumbs. add garam masala mix well.
- For Outer layer take a part of dough make rectangle shape roti add filling.make a envelop shap. dip into thin all purpose flour liquid. Add coat with roasted Oats.
- On medium hot tawa make paratha add 1 tbs oil both side. On low flame cooh 1,2 minutes. Serve hot with Raita & prickle.
