- Heat oil in cooker.. Once the oil is hot. Add pacphorpn. Let it crackle. Add all the vegetables. Saute it for few minutes.Add hing and all the masala. Saute it for three minutes.
- Add rice and dal and mix…it properly.
- Add enough water.Mix..well. Cover and cook for 2 whistle. Once it is done. Cool it. Open the lid.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve..hot….khichdi
